I run Joy Media like a nonprofit, only charging you enough to pay for work-related expenses, including software costs, technology needs, education, hosting, and legal stuff like renewing my trade name with the secretary of state. I don’t make any profit over and above these costs. Check out the chart to see an overview of my monthly expenses.
These costs come out to about $400-$450 per project, but do vary depending on the project and time requirements. You will also be responsible for any costs related to your website, which often include:
- Website hosting (about $25 per month)
- Stock photos
- Domain name (around $15 per year)
